Birch & Boar was created by 4 friends who share a love of good food and traditional cooking. We started out in 2016 working out of a rented kitchen and selling at the local farmers market. It was at the farmers market where our relationships with local producers grew, and a vision of a storefront was solidified. Today you can find us at 101-547 George Street where our passion and love for charcuterie is showcased.
We offer traditional French and Italian charcuterie with bold, contemporary flavours. The members of our team have extensive culinary backgrounds, and are happy to help with menu development and building restaurant partnerships.
